Perfectly appointed second-floor condo steps from the ski runs at Park City Mountain Resort is perfect base for your Park City Adventure. The Marmot Manor is located directly across from Park City Mountain's lower parking lot. Take a short 5 min walk and you will access First Time and Three King lifts. With the free bus stop right out the front, you will have everything that Park City has to offer at your fingertips.

The Marmot Manor comfortably sleeps 4 guests making it perfect for a couple, small family or group. The bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and ample storage space for all of your gear.  You'll also find a full bath, fully equipped kitchen, and living area with sofa bed.

 

Enjoy gorgeous views from the living room balcony or relax in front of the wood burning fireplace. The living room features a large flat screen cable TV with DVD player and high speed internet. The bedroom also provides an additional flat screen TV's for your enjoyment.

 

After a long day skiing, mountain biking or golfing relax in the common area hot tub and outdoor heated pool in winter/summer seasons. We provide all linens/towels/bedding, soap and shampoo for our guests. There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
