350 Main is always one of our first choices for a night out. The menu is fresh and unique. We often combine our favorite appetizers for a shared family meal. Try something different and order the grilled Spanish Octopus with Yucca Fries, you'll thank me later.

What We Love -

501 on Main is one of our favorite summer patio dining options. Great casual fine dining, their menu changes with the season but they always have great vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.

What We Love -

This is the place to sit with a group of friends and really enjoy an authentic Thai meal. The portions are share-able even when you're not eating family style. They always have great curry options and when on the menu, the three flavor sea bass is a favorite.

The Bridge Cafe & Grill serves American food with a Brazilian Flair! Located at the bottom of Town Lift this is our go-to spot for a late breakfast when first tracks is our priority. Get your powder runs in early then make tracks right to the front door to fuel the rest of your day.

What We Love -

Buona Vita is an authentic Italian restaurant on Main. Everything you'd expect from Italian food but Buona Vita excels at dessert!  If you miss the Italian Sorbet in the fruit shell, you've missed dining in Park City! This is also a great family option, they have a great kids menu.

What We Love -

Butcher's Chop House, located inside the Caledonian hotel is a classic steak house. We love that it is family friendly and unlike many dining options in Park City, it has a separate Bar area ensuring kids are always allowed to dine in the restaurant.

What We Love -

What We Love -

Cafe Terigo is a Modern Italian restaurant serving lunch and dinner on Main Street. There burrata and butternut squash salad in a fresh winter favorite. They do a great job if you're looking to host a large family dinner or group event.

What We Love -

Chimayo serves up a Southwest mex with flair and you won't find a more cozy restaurant to enjoy dinner together on Main. We all love the fajitas and I'm pretty sure we eat more of the fresh baked bread with cilantro bread oil than we should but the combo is divine!

What We Love -

Collie's Sports Bar & Grill is where locals hang for good food and great games. If you're wondering where to watch the game, Collie's has 25+ flat screen TVs and the only legit BBQ in town. There is never a bad time to hang at Collie's with new friends or old.

Courchevel Bistro is as much about the location as they are about great food. Located in the historic Coal & Lumber building  it's a perfect spot for a bite before skiing or dining after hitting the slopes. The Eating Establishment has been around long enough that we truly consider it an establishment! Recently bought by a group of yahoos! (their words not mine, seriously look them up you'll get a chuckle) They have done a great job being more than a breakfast stop, but seriously still one of my favorite breakfast haunts!

What We Love -

Dining at Firewood is exactly what the name suggests. The menu isn't fixed and can shift nightly but whatever you order will be cooked over an open wood-fired flame. BE sure to make reservations or plan on pre-dinner cocktails in the Nickel Bar downstairs.

Everything you'll order at Harvest is beautiful, it taste great but it's truly some of the prettiest food you'll ever see. Almost a household name in Park City, High West has been on the list of must stops for most guests coming to Park City for adventure. It's a lot about saying you went and snapping a picture but it remains a classic in spite of the hype. Keep in mind that this is now a 21+ venue so sadly no more kids allowed.

My best tip here is to avoid eating here within 30 minutes of the high school dismissing for the day.

What We Love -

Located at the Lodges at Deer Valley, The Brass Tag is one of the smaller more intimate restaurants that you have to choose from. They specialize in brick oven cuisine. We often do a dinner just off the appetizer menu which includes nachos made from rustic hand cut chips.

Steps away from the Adventure Cabin in Upper Deer Valley, the large outdoor patio is delightful in the summer. Traditional Italian cuisine that satisfies the family. We have become very partial to the Cherry Amaretto enjoyed on the patio on warm summer evenings.

Located at the Park City Mountain Base, Baja Cantina is one of the older restaurants in Park City. Great simple Mexican cuisine and one of the best spots to celebrate a birthday! Daly's, located at the Montage Deer Valley, is gourmet pub food with serious fun attached. This is a friends and family dining adventure and a great diversion with kids or without. What We Love -

Draft's Burger Bar is at the Canyons base and is, of course, a burger and beer pub! They have a huge selection of beers and they have decent pub food. Our favorite and almost the reason we end up here are their shakes. If you're traveling with kids or just want a fun surprise go in and order up a shake, you'll love it.

What We Love -

Escala Provisions is located at the Canyons base in the Hyatt Centric. It's a great choice when town is filled and reservations are hard to come by. It's a bit of the beaten path and not as widely recognized but you'll get a great meal without the hassle that Main St. dining can often include.

What We Love -

There are lots of good reasons to check out the Deer Valley Grocery Cafe but our favorite is breakfast in the summer after a hike down from Silver Lake. Sit on the deck outside overlooking the paddle boarders and kids fishing, it's one of the best perks of mountain living.

What We Love -

The Edge Steakhouse is at the Canyons base in Westgate Resort. It's an upscale steakhouse with some quality offerings. They put a twist on some of the classics that will surprise you and make dining here a little less traditional than you might expect.

There are just a couple restaurant and dining experiences that I tell guest they have to try and Fireside is one of them. This is one of my favorite dining experiences in Park City and it is an experience. Travel from fireplace to fireplace selecting your favorite options from the nights menu,  everyone needs to go at least once. Dining is only available in the winter and reservations are a must.

What We Love -

"An Austrian Vibe in an Alpine Setting" best describes the Goldener Hirsch. Serving up Bavarian inspired cuisine the food and the setting are Instagram worthy. Start your meal with the Bavarian pull apart bread and then enjoy their signature Schnitzel. You can depart from the traditional for dessert but we always order the apple strudel!

Oh, I really do love the Glitretind at Stein's. I love having lunch on the deck in the summer but our favorite is their Sunday Brunch. The best brunch I've ever had and worth every penny! If you're in town for Easter or Mother's day make reservations well in advance so you don't miss out.

This gem is only open during the winter season and always requires advance reservations. One of the biggest freshest seafood buffets I've ever enjoyed! Everything you'd expect and more. True story, we took our picky teenager here for dinner and he ordered a kids meal of nuggets and fries, thankfully they only charged us for the kids price for that one!

Powder is one of the few in-hotel restaurants that we visit often. They serve some of the freshest farm-to-table cuisine in town. The presentation of all their entrees is always spectacular and the menu is varied enough that everyone is happy.

What We Love -

Topping my list year-round is Royal Street Cafe. Located Mid-Mountain in Silver Lake, it's a great option for lunch mid ski day, mid mountain bike day or when ever I can make the excuse to walk over from the Adventure Cabin. If they ever stop serving blueberry mojitos I'll cry, order one up with a bison burger and then do it gain the next day.

What We Love -

Spot lighted on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Silver Star Cafe makes the cut for a lot of lunch outings and diner dates. Located directly behind and overlooking the Park City Golf Club, at the base of the Silver Star ski chair at Park City Mountain Resort. Silver Star is a great choice winter or summer inside or out on the patio.

What We Love -

Located on the slopes of the Park City Mountain Resort, the Snowed Inn Sleigh Company is adventure dining at it's best. A horse drawn sleigh will carry you up the hill to a cowboy inspired gourmet meal and live entertainment. This one is a family pleaser and hard to find anyone that didn't have a good time. Make reservations well in advance or risk missing out.

This is on my list of top three dining adventures in Park City! Located on the slopes of Park City Mountain at 8,700ft you can grab lunch at the Yurt while skiing but the real treat is a snow cat driven sleigh to the Yurt for diner. What We Love -

I don't know how many times I had been to Billy Blanco's before I realized it was a Mexican restaurant! I always order the wings and fried chicken and it's so good I never even thought to veer off my regular. Just a bit off from Kimball this is a great family option and the decor is fabulous, go and you'll see why I was surprised.

What We Love -

Ghidotti's is classic Italian with some modern flare. They are a more elegant dining option for the Kimball Junction area and they accommodate large groups better than anyone. The real treat here is during the summer when they serve up locals specials on Thursday with $5 entrees and $5 glasses on wine!

What We Love -

Bartolo's is an Italian inspired kitchen popular for their homemade pastas. But I'm about their breakfast! Their blueberry pancakes - Dutch baby style- are to die for, and if you eat all the lemon curd you better plan on extra laps down the mountain to make up for it.

What We Love -

Cortona is the most authentic Italian you will find in Park City. This cafe in a seemingly obscure strip mall will transport you to a small piazza in Italy. When you ask a locals for an Italian dining recommendations they will always tell you Cortona. We love that you can feed a family here without breaking your vacation budget.

What We Love -

Hearth and Hill is relatively new to the Park City dining scene and they have made a big impact with their locally inspired cuisine. Everything is fresh and beautifully presented. I've yet to find a favorite because I've been encouraged to try something new each time we go and I've enjoyed it all!

What We Love -

Maxwell's full name includes East Coast Eatery and they serve up New York style pizza lovingly called Fat Boy's pizza.  Great for dining in but it's easy to grab a pie and take it home or in the summer eat out on the patio or picnic on the lawn of the New Park plaza.

What We Love -

State Road Tavern and Restaurant located in Kamas at the Dejoria Center. If you've got a concert schedule during your summer stay, there's a good chance it's at the Dejoria center. Plan for diner before your event and if you don't have plans for catching some live entertainment while in town the High Star ranch is still worth a visit for a day of adventure.
