Adventure Cabin Guest Guide. Basic Information for Guests.

Parking
Adventure Cabin Park City Adventure Lodg

The Adventure Cabin is located at Silver Lake Village, Mid-Mountain at Deer Valley. You're steps away form the base and several dining options. You're even right across the street from The Stein Eriksen if you want to walk to five-star spa facilities.  If you want to get to town, the free shuttle stops right across the street and can get you to Main Street or Park City Mountain in s short time.  If you do choose to bring a car there is designated parking in a heated garage.

If you prefer to have a car available, we recommend

only one vehicle for ease of parking. Parking for the

Adventure Cabin is limited to the dedicated space for

the unit and any available Visitor Parking spots.

  Visitor spots are first come and are not guaranteed.

​

Please enter the garage using the garage code provided

in the check-in email sent 48hrs prior to your arrival.

The door code does not work for the garage. Please

enter the garage promptly after entering code as the

door closes about two minutes after code is entered.

Door Code

We use a contact-less - keyless entry system. Your door code is generated and sent out in your check-in email sent 48hrs prior to your arrival.

  • Please only share your door code with members of your party.

​

  • If you need to have groceries or ski gear delivered prior to your arrival please let us know and we will generate a temporary time sensitive code for vendors.

​

Please note that your code is operational 1 hr prior to check in and deactivates 1hr after check-out time. If you have made arrangements for a guaranteed early or late arrivals your code will be programmed appropriately.  If your unit is ready early we will adjust the time limits on the code and let you know you can arrive earlier.

Check in is at 4:00 pm  Check out is at 11:00 am

The Adventure Cabin is always ready for your arrival at 4:00 pm. We always notify you by text message when the unit is available. 

​

In order to reduce stress and anxiety for our staff, please do not arrival early without making prior arrangements. For information on guaranteed or complimentary arrivals please see our FAQs section.

On Check-In we ask:

​

  • Please notify us of any issues within the first 24 hrs of your stay.

​

On Check-Out we ask:

​

  • Take a second look around to make sure you haven't forgotten anything.

  • Please take all trash to the dumpsters in the garage.

  • Please leave any wet towels in the tub or on tile floors in bathrooms.

  • Please do not strip beds - leave all linens for our staff to collect and launder.

  • If you have time and can start the dishwasher, the jump-start is appreciated by our cleaning staff.

  • Please make sure all doors and windows are shut tight and locked.

  • Smoking/Vaping/Cannabis or any other illegal drug paraphernalia or consumption is not permitted inside the Property

​

  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Property (including but not exclusive of decks, balconies and common areas)

​

  • Occupancy will not exceed 6 persons without prior written permission of Owner

​

  • Parties and Events are not allowed without prior written permission of Owner

​​

  • Pets are not permitted on the Property

​

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am

​

  • Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles and not left in common areas

Saftey

  • For your safety, the Adventure Cabin is equipped with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.

​

  • There is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink

​

  • There is a first aid kit and ample bandages in the cabinet under Clancy the Moose.

​

  • The closest Instacare is located at 1750 Sidewinder Dr, Park City, UT 84060. You can schedule ahead for walk-in and they are equipped to x-ray potential breaks. To reach IHC Instacare click here.

  • For emergencies dial 911 and provide your location.
